In Summer you can reach directly from our house many hiking paths. The region offers diverse sport activities, for exmample cycling, rafting & mountain biking. By the way we are located in the perfect area for triathlon preparations.
Adventurous sights like the "Krimmler Waterfalls", "Großglockner Hochalpenstraße" and the water reservoir of Kaprun are popular destinations. It takes only 5 minutes to the next cable car station CityXpress. Our neighbors are the "Zeller Lake" and the public bathing beach.
